Frequently Asked Questions

We use 100% ringspun cotton, As with all 100% cotton products this may have a small shrinkage when first washed, We recommend washing on a colder wash and preferably line dry but if this can't be done tumble dry on the coldest setting to minimize any size loss, If unsure of size order 1 size bigger.

Wash inside out at 30 c or below recommended. Iron inside out.  line dry preferred or cold tumble dry (air dry setting only).  This will help to keep your garment looking crisp and minimize the 100% cotton from shrinkage as are garments are not pre-shrunk.

We print all orders in house so that we can ensure each item is designed, made, packaged and shipped to the highest standard. Excellent quality and customer service is our key principle at Devil Crew HQ. 

All major debit and credit cards are accepted in the store.

Orders are normally sent out within 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday).  Although each item is made to order so please allow up to 3 weeks in busy periods. If there are any delays with your item(s), you will be notified when your order has been placed. We strive to get your order's out to you as quick as we can. 

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders being shipped within the United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been posted.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Please Email with your reason for return and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours to resolve the issue and guide you on the next step's.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Washed items cannot be returned.

Items returned smelling of smoke or containing any pet hair cannot be returned.
